🏅 Samman Sports and Leadership Initiative: Empowering Youth Through Play and Purpose

For refugee youth, the biggest risk is not poverty alone—it is idleness, frustration, and loss of direction. Without constructive outlets, potential turns into wasted energy.

The Samman Sports & Leadership Initiative uses sports and physical training as tools to build discipline, confidence, teamwork, and leadership among Hindu refugee youth.

Hindu Samman Foundation (HSF) is establishing Samman Gyms inside refugee settlements—safe, structured spaces where youth train regularly, learn self-control, and grow under positive mentorship.

Each Samman Gym will:

-Promote physical fitness and mental resilience

-Instill discipline, routine, and self-confidence

-Encourage leadership and teamwork through sports

-Provide mentorship and positive role models

-Keep youth away from addiction, crime, and hopelessness

Project cost:

-Cost per Samman Gym: ₹2.75 – ₹3.25 lakh

Target:

Multiple gyms across refugee settlements in Delhi, Rajasthan, and other regions
